I had a bad starter in my Lincolon MKZ so I called and had a very next day appointment to have it fixed! Walt and Pam were right on it! We all had a good laugh at the way I described the noise my car was making (sounded like knives sharpening) One representative said sounds like your starter and he was right! Not only was it fixed the next day but they also hooked me up with an awesome rental! Extremely satisfied with my experience at Benson Lincoln! Thanks Walt, Pam and crew!
