Today I called about a vehicle at Benson Lincoln and talked to one of the most disrespectful sales representative since I’ve been looking for a new vehicle. When you raise your voice at a customer (me) calling asking questions about the vehicle I was interested in and asking why it’s almost 3 grand over the KBB price and 2-3 grand more than the same model and same package trucks on CarGurus, there’s no need to raise your voice and say that you don’t wheel and deal and don’t mark down your vehicles. I recently purchased a Lincoln MKX, and the process could not have gone smoother. I love my car and have had great dealings with Benson in the past. I will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. They have a customer for life.
I bought my mkZ in 2017. Experience was fantastic, no pressure, the buying process was probably the easiest transaction I’ve ever had with a vehicle. And anytime I need to come in for service Pam is absolutely the best ever! I live about an hour away, but it’s definitely worth the time for the caliber of service and supprt you receive here. I always refer folks to the look at the selection of autos and I will return here for my next car.
Gotta say I got Tony Griffith from the start and I am on my 3 vehicle and love there cars but can’t wait too see what kind of suv I’ll be in soon... he is a great sales man and I’ll keep dealing with him but I’m sticking with suv,s cause I missed them I traded my MKX for a mkz and man I miss my mkx not saying anything bad bout the car I am just an suv kind of guy I’m looking into a Navihator or let’s see what this new Lincoln aviator is maybe it will be a smaller suv

I've been buying cars at Benson Lincoln for over 15 years. I've always been treated with respect and the service department has been great. Today I bought a 2015 Focus and again Benson came through with a fair trade-in value on my 2007 MKZ and a good rate on the financing.
