We have purchased 3 vehicles from this company and have never once regretted it! We have purchased used vehicles and gotten years of use out of them.I believe this is due to the excellent routine service done to our vehicles. I was told by the service department that my Navigator has defective paint on the tailgate causing it to bubble in places. I contacted Lincoln Motor Co. and they offered to pay half to correct the issue but Benson won't pay the other half. They want me to pay for a defect that was no fault of mine. I have bought/leased 3 vehicles from them over the years. What kind of customer loyalty does that promote. None. I should not have to pay for something that is a defect. Buyer beware!!
My family has bought 3 cars from benson Lincoln and have been extremely pleased with each purchase and experience. Being a mom with two small kids, I need to make purchases quick, and they were able to do that. Any problems that arise, quick lane is there to fix the cars efficiently. I would definitely recommend benson Lincoln to anyone interested in a luxurious car buying experience.
This is the second vehicle we purchased from Benson and the experience was great. From our salesman, Fred C., to the Business Manager, Tracy L., the purchasing process was quick and pleasurable. I've used the service department several times and they are always courteous and preform the required work quickly and correctly. I would refer them to everybody.
