Literally the worst customer service ever! Milin can't communicate to save his life. Made arrangements to purchase a vehicle. As I called enroute(2 hours away) I was told " they sold it last night". Two days before Christmas.you guys suck. And whoever was the sales manager to approve that deal, you suck. You must have children running your showroom not grown men. When a deal is made and hands are shook, you follow through
Leased a 2016 MKX after turning in our 2014 MKS. Two great cars, and the service at Benson Lincoln is second to none. For us, and for many others buying or leasing from Joe Bilock is a very pleasant experience. We travel 100 miles from our home to Benson Lincoln for a reason, Joe and the rest of the people there are the reason!
