Joe Benson and our case manager Cassidy were there for us every step of the way throughout the entire claims process. There were pre-existing physical conditions which complicated our case and the insurance company became incredibly difficult to deal with. I have been through 3 car accidents, (2 in 2017 and 1 in 2023) and the ONLY people I’ll ever trust is Benson & Bingham. The amount of communication and level of care puts them over the top. I’ve heard horror stories from coworkers through the years, stating that their attorneys won’t answer their calls or they’ll return them in 4-5 business days! This review is long overdue. I was driving my brand new Ford Pickup through an intersection when a Toyota Camry t-boned me.
