Excellent, Dr. Benjamin and staff were very attentive to my needs. I was checked in on time and wasn't rushed at all. A very pleasant visit.
The administrative people with Texas Orthopedics have me confused with another patient. This doctor is not my doctor and they keep sending me information about him and making appointments for me with him. I will say that my doctor, Dr. Zach Logan, with Texas Orthopedics was exceptionally good. Their staff is lacking, however.

Very caring for his patients. I am a high risk patient and he took every precaution to keep me safe.
It was done as it should be. Some Drs will not acknowledge that the patient actually might know something. Dr. McA is not one of those.
In the span of only 1 and a half months I had my condition diagnosed, surgery scheduled, and my procedure completed. During every appointment Dr. MacArthur was very communicative and responsive to me questions. He explained things in ways I understood, and he made me feel comfortable asking further questions when I wanted to. Overall my experience was better than I could have ever expected.
I was very pleased with Dr. Benjamin McArthur. He was very friendly, showed concern and was very knowledgeable.
He listens, he is concerned and doesn’t rush you through. He is a great surgeon. He did my husband’s hip reversion and what could have been a different outcome he used his judgment did the surgery another way and saved Larry months of suffering and trouble. He is our hero. Now he is treating me for my shoulder. I would highly recommend him for any hip, knee or shoulder problem you have.
Very helpful and always on time. He has helped me greatly dealing with my knee pain. He is always listening and comes up with a solution.
