Well first of all my appointment was at 11:00 and I didn’t get called until 11:45, yet they tell me to me there 20 minutes early. ??. I really was streamlined when I got in the exam room. From a consult with the resident Dr who was FANTASTIC. Then after my X-ray the resident comes back in and tells me I’ve broken my foot ! Then, a few minutes later Dr McArthur walks in . Dr McArthur is very good at what he does and will take the time to listen to my concerns. He’s not about being in a big rush to get to the next patient like so many doctors are nowadays .
I have been seeing Dr McArthur for over a year and in that time received a new lease on life. I received my new hip In March. It is now end of April and I feel great, better than great!! I use to have severe knee and lower leg pain. I couldn't sleep the pain was so bad! I don't have that pain or the hip pain anymore. I’m so happy I chose Dr McArthur. Both of my hips have been painful for over a year now especially my left one. I went to Dr. McArthur expecting to explain my symptoms and having to go back for treatment. He took care of me on that very first appointment. They did x-rays and said my hip bones and joints looked great and told me I have bursitis and gave me injections in both hips on that very first appointment. Dr. McArthur takes wonderful care of my 98 year old mom, who has seen him for several years. He listens, tries to help relieve her various pains, whether it’s the hip, elbow, or back. He has been successful where others have not, in giving her a steroid shot that pinpoints her hip pain. She thinks he’s the best!
