My first time visit very pleasant atmosphere Dr. Chad and Dr. Kilbride are very sweet and professional along with their staff members their best side manners are excellent I commend them and would refer them to anyone.

Dr McArthur gave me a new hip that changed the pain level in my life.
Had my office visit with Jerry, Dr Smith’s PA. Jerry was punctual and attentive. I told him my situation and he educated me on the pros and cons of different therapies. Throughout this interaction, Jerry was patient, informative and focused on our conversation. As with Dr Smith, it was a great patient experience with Jerry.
Dr. McArthur was knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. I experienced the utmost care.

Dr Rodriguez is great. He operated on my knee with good results. He listens well and takes time as needed.
You called me a junkie while I was in your office complaining of pain. Turns out I had stage 3 cancer. Really wish you would have actually listened to me so I could have been diagnosed sooner. Do better. Stop looking at the man in the room when your female patient is trying to tell you her symptoms.
My visit with Dr. McArthur and his team was at Lakeway office. All of staff were attentive and caring. I was happy to be able to get steroid injections on same day after discussing my hip pain concerns. The PA, Chris gave the injections with updates throughout the procedure on each hip; and, there was very minimal discomfort.
