First time using benefit brow bar at Tunbridge wells boots and couldn’t recommend it more. Amy took time to chat to me and map out my brows and chat about colour. The process wasn’t rushed at all and I really felt like Amy took the time to understand what I was looking for and to ensure I was happy. We also discussed some skin issues I was having and she trialed some products on me and signposted some that could help. Lovely experience and will definitely be going back to Amy for my brows regularly now!

I really appreciate the attention to hygiene on the Benefit counter. I had my brows waxed and I very pleased with the result.

When for a chin wax saw Chloe she was very kind and caring the waxing didn’t hurt and when she used the tweezers to get the rest of the hairs she took her time and checked I was ok would definitely use Chloe again as she is very good at her job and looks after the customer
