Turned up and was told the brow wax person was off for the day, pretty sure her name is Natalia C. I was not told at all and was even given a confirmation message of my appointment. Went somewhere else and got done much cheaper for £10.
Tallia at Durham is amazing I’ve never had my eye brows done. She knew her stuff and explained the whole process, I totally felt as ease. I now have awesome natural and fuller brows. Have booked again !!!
