After great prior service, the Sylvia Park branch has let me down with recent staffing issues. I made an appointment online and turned up to discover that the technician was away sick. I had no prior warning or cancellation. Sephora were very apologetic but I never heard anything from Benefit, apart from an automated email about aftercare. I tried reaching out via their customer service email but got no response. Really disappointing, leaving me with no choice but to leave a negative review.
Kaith did an amazing job making sure my brows were clean/ shaped you name it, she’s such an amazing person love her and will definitely be back 🙏🏽
