Delighted with the garage conversion. Neal and Dave have done an excellent job and we now have a beautiful playroom. We had great communication throughout the build, it was a really smooth process and we highly recommend the team.
Benchmark Development we’re brilliant to work with. Our recent garage conversion has transformed the space in our house and Neal and his team worked tirelessly throughout. They were able to adapt to manufacture delays when needed and we are so impressed with the end result! We’ve had a few renovations in the house and none offer the same standard. We will certainly be getting them back in when we need any more work completed.

Absolutely amazing work! I couldn't recommend Neal and his colleague enough. They made the entire process so easy, and our storage space now looks like the best room in the house!
