My benchmade Stryker has been my EDC for a while now. Due to some very harsh treatment the tip of the blade snapped off and I wanted to replace it. I was anticipating a $40 charge when I sent my knife in to benchmade. To my surprise benchmade replaced my blade with a replacement blade free of charge. (not a new blade but still in good condition and very sharp) Benchmade's quality products and excellent customer service have earned them a life long customer. 100% satisfied and very impressd.
I have spent so much money on my Benchmade knives, but to me, they are precious treasures. I have owned many, knives throughout my life, and some were lost, or given away. Benchmade knives are of a caliber of quality that only a few other US knife makers can match. Thank you for your products! I'd gladly try all of your products and give detailed reports, reviews. I would do anything to become a member of Benchmade! Well, almost anything.
Mel Pardee 1st production run 2003. Used this knife in fire fighing since purchase to cut many set belts, clothes, etc and also as my primary skining knife while hunting. Holds an edge like no other knife I own. Sent it in for sharpening and clip replacement. They sent it back sharpened to perfection, repaired clip, and an extra clip set. I'll never doupt Benchmade and never buy another knife other then Benchmade.
I have had my Adamas sbk for 2+ years now and I love it still. It is my EDC its a little heavy but I like that!
Fantastic!! My favorit pocket knife for three years..needed a sharpening and a screw. Snt it to thm in my original box, with $5 as requested for return postage. To my surprise, I received it back in just about a week...with my $5 back. AND.... THEY cleaned,adjusted,oiled,sharpened,replaced ALL THE SCREWS, washers,coil spring,and omegas. !!!!! ; 585 Mini Barrage love. Well Done Benchmark,well done!
With the relaxation of Australian knife laws Benchmade knives became legal to import into Australia I immediately picked up my first, a Crocked river with grey G10 and cpm-s30v and it blew my socks off worth the money, quality, balance, speed and a awesome presence love it. I purchased a Benchmade at St Nicks store in Huntsville Alabama. I can't say enough, but this story will. I purchased this knife eight years ago! I didn't realize how time flies by so quickly. It's my everyday personal carry and after, may I stress again, eight years, the switch blade spring finally seen its last day. I simply, pulled the original box and receipt out of my safe, and walked right into the store.
