Just got an Infidel 3300 for my edc! Love this knife.
I'm am at a loss for words. I sent my used and abused but loved knife back to Benchmade for some warranty work. They took it and made it look like a new knife again. I needed warranty repairs and live about as far away from the company as you can be while still living in North America. My Nakamura was repaired and back to me in less than two weeks of Benchmade receiving it. Great company, amazing knives and World Class customer service. Thank you.
Needed a new pocket clip so I called them up. The lady on the phone was incredibly nice, and eager to help. I was expecting to have to pay near $30 with shipping. Nope! No charge warranty claim, no shipping and she sent me two so I could pick the color (without having to send the other back). You guys just got yourself a Benchmade customer for life! Thanks!
Great knife and great customer service. I lost a screw out of my mini barrage, called them up and there sending replacements and a spare clip too. Extremely satisfied! !!

Been EDC Benchmade since I was in the 6th grade. Griptilian then, griptilian now. I'm currently carrying the sheeps foot blade with the thumb hole instead of stud. I'm a spyderco fan too, that's what I worked with and carried the Benchmade so when I saw the hole I had to jump on it. Great knives QUALITY
