Sent in my knife about a week ago, they sharpened it, oiled it, replaced the belt clip. Best knife company ever!

I recently bought a infidel and bent the hell out of the pocket clip gota say pretty amazing customer service literally only took me two minutes to get a new clip no questions asked amazing products and customer support
Emailed customer service about replacing the clip on my Presidio and got an immediate response and parts were sent out a couple daus later.
Customer service is great really helpful when I called about laser marking on my blades. Can't wait to send my knives in and get them finished.
I own several Benchmade knives, I carry my 913 nitrous torrent in D2 at work almost daily as an electrical foreman/ superintendent. I have not had any problems with any of my Benchmades in the several years that I have carried and used them, and some might say abused. I have cut rope, tyraps, packing materials, and on occasion, when needed, wire, with never a failure of the knife or the edge.
