Awesome customer service ! Had to send in my knife due to some stripped screws from attempting to replace to pocket clip. The lady on the phone was very helpful and informative with the procedure and did it all with a cheerful attitude. Sure , it took some time to get the knife shipped, repaired, and shipped back but it looked like a brand new knife ! Exceptional customer service. I ordered an engraved knife as a gift for my husband. I requested ground shipping. After I ordered it, I realized I wanted it quicker, if possible, for his birthday. I called Benchmade and the woman in customer service said let me see what I can do and call you back. Well, she expedited it for me so it was made the very next day and sent overnight. It is a beautiful knife with engraving and my husband loves it! Thank you!
American made and stand behind their warranty, best customer service I've ever dealt with
I've had an Osborne 940 going on 12 years now. Sadly, the blade had seen better days. I recently learned about the Life Sharp program Benchmade has. I contacted BM and they said to pick a new blade and send in the knife. For a small fee a received almost a brand new knife. I opted for a black blade with a portion of it serrated. The knife came back with new screws, a black carry clip and new spacers on the blade. Basically a new knife minus the original green covers that stayed on. I have two EDC I use everyday from Benchmade. I use my 580 Barrage at work as an automotive technician. And I carry my 2551 Mini Reflex on me when not working. Both knives very sharp from factory, especially my 2551 Mini Reflex.
