So I called Benchmade knife company today on my lunch break because the sheath clip to a knife I use all the time broke. Not only did I speak to live people the whole call but they are sending me a replacement clip and several extra clips free of charge no questions asked. Their products are already top of the line but today sealed the fact they they now have my business forever. #benchmadeknives
I carry an AFO II and love it! I finally convinced my friend to spend more for a Benchmade. After breaking a clip, he emailed them to get another. He didn't get a response, so he called a few days later to order. They take his information, informing him it will be sent for free right away. Not even a week goes by when he gets 2 packages, each with 2 clips plus screws. While the response to the email might have gotten lost in the process, the ultimate result was far beyond expectation. Benchmade's customer service is absolutely amazing! I sent a knife in for their Lifesharp service and they cleaned it, replaced the clip and returned the knife to its former glory! I am definitely a customer for life!
Best pocket knives on the market. I sent in my 11 year old Griptillian in for the life sharp service. It came back like it was brand new. Shaving sharp and opens like a spring assist.
I have bought and still own several different brands if knives But i bought a benchmade and it is far superior to the others I use it for almost everything holds and edge and the assist open is lighting fast the model is almost gone it close to 585
Bought an Osborne 940 and fell in love with it instantly. Wrote a review on the site. My only aside was the painted clip. A few days later I get this email from Benchmade offering to send me a couple clips. A few days later they arrive. Bananas. Went out and bought another Benchmade. Great company.
I what to thank Benchmade knife co for the great job on the repair of my knife. I wore it out using it daily on my job the blade was down to nothing left sent it to them for a blade replacement. Came back like a new knife for only 40 bucks not bad for a knife I paid over 100 bucks for. I would buy another benchmade product.
Got my first Bencmade Spike back in 1990..... to bad I can't name all the one's I got after that, too many to name. Tried many, only carry one, Benchmade.
