broke the tip off my griptilian because I was using it for prying. I contacted benchmade to see what was required for blade replacement. they told me just to send it in. coming from northern alberta in Canada it was about a month turn around. no charge blade replacement cleaned everything up sent a few stickers. absolutely amazed with the service and just goes to show you get what you pay for

Wow! What can I say other than this is the most customer oriented company I have ever dealt with. I was given a benchmade knife as a christmas gift 10 years ago...since then I have utilized the lifetime warranty 4 times (at only one-way shipping costs) in order to repair/clean/sharpen the knife....which I use on a daily basis. Turnaround time has been approx. 7 days, and I live across the country. Thank you Benchmade for your devotion to quality and customer satisfaction.
