Superior customer service. Sent out 3 Benchmade knives for lifesharp service. They went above and beyond on the maintenance and repairs with a quick turn around.
I would've given then 10 stars if i could! I got my first Benchmade for Christmas and couldn't be happier with Benchmade as a knife maker or a personable company! Im not a big fan of the grip or pocket clip on my Griptilian so i called Benchmade's customer service and they're sending out 2 deep carry pocket clips for me (at no cost) and will still honor the warranty on my knife if i put on a new handle (as long as it doesn't affect the function of the knife). Recently picked up my second Gold Class, and I have to admit the details of my secondary is just as great as my first. Although, my first is the favorite. Love the service and their products!
I love all my Benchmade knives, but where they really shine is their customer service. Torri was so awesome on the phone and answered some of my "stupid" questions. Was calling at first to find out how much deep carry clips were and she sent me a couple for free. Awesome knives and even better people.

Just received my 2nd Benchmade knife (an Arcane 490). My first is a mini Barrage. Both are fantastic knives. My Barrage has been so good at holding an edge, I cannot imagine the 490 being any better! Can't wait to get my next one!
