Thank you so much for the repair on my barrage 585bk. It's been my edc for five years. I was bummed when it stopped working. They had to nearly completely rebuild it and it was free. Had it back to me in about a week and a half from receiving it. Awesome. You get what u pay for with a Benchmade!!!

I just received my knife from warranty repairs after having the knife for 10years plus and replaced the blade all hardware and pocket clip for free of charge benchmade definitely stands behind there product.

Unparalleled customer service. I have come in to the company store for sharpening and now a repair. Each time, my concerns were their concerns. They ship my knife back to me when they are finished. While there this time, I mentioned I preferred a certain type of pocket clip that did not come on the knife I had with me that day. The person behind the counter keyed into that and promptly offered to replace it with the type I preferred at no charge.
Hands down BEST knife I've ever owned! I own many "nice" knives but none compare to the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of a benchmade knife. If you are considering investing in your first benchmade you will not regret it! I own an 890 torrent and a 3300bk infidel and I plan on purchasing several more! Thank you Benchmade, keep being awesome!
