Benchmade customer service is TOP NOTCH!! I recently ripped my pocket clip off of my 530 Pardue. Called them to purchase new parts and was told that they were covered under warranty. I recently bought a volli for around $140. I have nothing bad to say about this knife. The steel is great. The ergonomics is wonderful. I highly recommend this knife. Great buy.

I had a knife from benchmade that stood up to the use and abuse of three deployments and 9 years in the military... when I got out it was still functional but needed some tlc and the benchmade life sharp sharpened and repaired my knife for free... thank you benchmade I will probably never buy a knife from another company after this experience
