The warranty is awesome! I sent in my 5000sbk presidio auto in disassembled, they waived the $20 fee for reassembly. They replaced all the guts, screws and clip. The turn around was only a week and a half.
Their knives are okay, nothing too exciting. Absolutely overpriced and falling way behind Spyderco in every way. But hey, they'll give you free pocket clips if you ask and apparently the customer service is great, although I haven't had that experience myself

I must say I am very disappointed in the customer service I have received. About a month ago I got a custom built barrage. It had the wrong screws in the handle so I emailed them to see if they could send me the screws. Four days later after not getting a response I called them. The rep said they would send the screws out. Two weeks later, no screws, so I called again. There was nothing in my account about sending me screws. She assured me they would get the screws out to me and send them priority. A week later and still no ... read more

I have had my Benchmade Barrage for over two years and I love it. I've carried it with me every day and anything I've ever needed to use it for it is been perfect! The first time I had a problem with it, I sent it in to them to get it fixed, for free. They also put a factory edge on it before they sent it back and it is perfect! Thank you so much for your hard work! So happy to have my knife back!
Washed my knife and ran it through the dryer too. Any other knife would have been toast. The knife was spotless and the action is better than it has been in a long time. Worth every penny. #badassknife
I have owned quite a few Benchmade knives and still to this day I have never regretted the purchase of any of them. Spectacular customer service and amazing quality. I highly recommend Benchmade.
