I have carried and used Benchmade knives for work for years. Benchmade knives are made with superior quality and reliability. Today my respect for Benchmade went to a whole new level. I called customer service to inquire about a new clip on one knife and a sharpening on another. I spoke with Dawn. She was super helpful, polite, professional and helped me set up an account. Other companies should take notes on how well Benchmade does it's business and customers! A+ Thank You!

Just received my Benchmade Presidio Tanto SBK 523 w/coated&serrated blade back from their warranty department. They replaced a few screws, replaced the spine, sharpened the blade, and even provided a new pocket clip! Thank you Benchmade! I much prefer the serrated and coated version.
I bought one Griptilian, one 940-2, and three Doug Ritter Griptilians. All of them have off center blades. Benchmade work on your quality control!! For that price point I expect better quality. I've bought cheap $30 folders with perfect blade centering. I've bought knock off Ganzos with their knock off axis lock that have perfect blade centering. Benchmade get it together!!! UPDATE: I sent the knives in to get them centered and Benchmade did nothing to center them!! They just resharpened the brand new knives. Why would they ... read more
First off, when you buy a knife a good portion of what ya pay for is the customer service. I have only had one experience with benchmades customer service and it was awesome to say the least. My problem was addressed and I was on my way. Yesterday I went to the benchmade factory to get a problem addressed with my 707 sequel and I believe Jeff is the fellas name I was speaking with in the window. He literally said no thats not right and we got the problem with it fixed and it should be coming back in the mail in the next few ... read more
