I bought a Phaeton OTF for like 300 bucks. Within the first two weeks the pocket clip snapped off. No big deal because I have read how great the customer service is. I go to the website on June 28th, submit what has happened and asked if it was a warranty item. I received and email from Austin Baldwin the next day saying it was and they would get it out to me, but they were experiencing a delay as they perform systems upgrades.
