Sent my Infidel knife in December 13th and I’m pretty sure they lost it and just keep giving me the runaround. Customer service is lacking (nice people), but nobody seems to know how things work there. I get passed off each time I call (which I’ve done and Sportsman’s has done a bunch of times). I’m thinking Benchmade needs to invest in a Lean Six Sigma Consultant. SOOOOOO FRUSTRATING!!!! I just want my knife back and fixed (bad spring and needed to be sharpened). I sent in a knife for repair b/c after purchasing it I noticed side to side blade play. That was about 7 weeks ago. My knife hasn't been shipped back to me yet.
I picked up a Volli recently. It is hands down the best knife I’ve ever owned. I’m very impressed with Benchmade.

Awesome cut up above the rest. Got the Grizzly Creek cheap at Gander. Just looking for oil. Saw the rest at L.L.Bean in Maine. Love the double sided blades.
I ordered a knife several weeks before Christmas for my brother-in-law. As Christmas got closer, and I had not received it, I called the customer service number. I ended up talking to Hannah, who did what I always hope a customer service rep will do (but so often do not) - she not only took care of the issue, but went the extra mile to try and make it workout the way I needed it to work out. Customer service is lacking, each time I have called I get told something that ends up not being true and I just get passed onto the next. I paid a lot of money for my knife and I was willing to do so partly to the warranty every speaks of. Thus far this is not the case and really for the price I figured it would be free of the issue I’ve had. I have better quality knifes that I paid a quarter of the price for. I won’t be doing business in the future with Benchmade and I recommend others do the same.
