Been carrying a Mini-AFCK since '97. One of my favorite knives!

I've owned a Benchmade Stryker, a Benchmade Rukus and now I'm a proud owner of a Benchmade Freek. All of these knives were nothing less then perfect. Thank You Benchmade, thank You for being consistently awesome.
Remarkable customer service. I called over today after placing an order and needing to make a change. Although my custom knife was well along in the process, the staff were sympathetic to my needs and helped resolve my situation. Might sound silly, but I was having a bad day and staff at Benchmade still had me laughing so I can promise you the next time I need an exceptional knife, this is where I am coming.
My son loves his Benchmade knife, but we've been waiting over two months to get it back from the service center....still no updates.
Carried my 580 barrage for almost 8 years now. Just got her back today from a third trip to Oregon. Not only did Benchmade cover my broken handle at the clip, they replaced everything except the blade (Which was sharpened ). I have a brand new knife again and couldn't be happier. I've said this for years, and will continue to do so, a Benchmade is the only carry knife I'll purchase.
I've been carrying my Benchmade barriage for nearly 7 1/2 years. I love this knife and I use it every day, after hearing all the good reviews on hear I'm definitely going to send it in to get cleaned up and have them put that razor sharp factory edge back on her.
For the price and craftsmanship, its the total package. I've owned one microtech but 4 Benchmades 😉 I learned...
I have one question for you; why don't you offer free shipping on a +$200 custom made knife?
