INITAL: Poor customer service follow-up and follow-through. I was promised an original factory replacement pocket clip for 4 months. Spoke to multiple customer service representatives. Hannah and Shelby. Received 4+ wrong clips over the course of the 4 months and then told me they don't have it and can't make it. FOLLOW-UP: Finally two excellent ladies, management at Benchmade, stepped up to the plate and made things right. I've had my Benchmade for 3 years now. I carry it everyday. That about sums it up!
Been running Benchmade knives for over 10 years. Last week I snagged the pocket clip on my auto and it broke off. I called up Benchmade and an actual human answered the phone! Not any human, but a local Oregonian that I got to chat about elk hunting with. I can't remember his name but I believe it was Troy. Either way he sent me some new pocket clips and hardware free of charge with zero hassle! Thank you for your good customer service. Myself and others will continue to support you!
I have used countless bushcraft knives and all fall short of the Benchmade 162. Amazing steel and superb Customer Service.. they aim to please and have done exactly that and as a result have made me a loyal, life long customer.

Just got my first Benchmade, a Griptilian 551. This replaces my CRKT No Time Off and I couldn't be happier with it. Much easier to close and noticeably sharper out of the box!
I've had two bench made knives for nearly 2 years. I will never buy a different brand after owning these. The blades stay sharper then any other brand I've used even if both brands were using the same steel. Just wish I had more money to buy more lol
From my everyday carry knife (940 carbon fiber) to my go to heavy duty work knife ( Bushcrafter), this is the only brand I use any more!!!
