The quality of their products is top notch in the first place, but then they back it up with the incredible LifeSharp service, which is not only a free sharpening, but a wonderful tune-up that will make your knife look and operate like new again. Great customer service from Benchmade. I recently sent in my Osborne 940BK for service and was thrilled with the results. I have owned the knife since 2011 and have always been very fond of it. Over the years it has seen its fair share of use and it was time for professional service. I have made 3 custom orders now and have not had one problem!
Bought my benchmade 17 years ago, spring had broken so I put in my toolbox. A few weeks ago I found it sent it back to benchmade. They sharpened it; repaired and replaced every component; and oil, serviced, and cleaned it for FREE! Benchmade is the only knife I will carry or buy!
Some of the finest blades on the planet. I own more Benchmades than I can possibly carry. My favorite is the Mchenry Williams 710. Bummed that they have discontinued this model. I carry an Auto Triage at work and the newest Bugout daily, along with various models of the Benchmade collection that I have.
