I recently purchased a Benchmade Volli. Have a couple other well known brands with decent steel, but they don’t even compare! Gets VERY heavy daily use. Both the blade and knife construction are fantastic. I can’t wait until I can afford another one!!
I received my 917 Tactical Triage after waiting for a few days. No email notifications telling me it had even shipped. Opened the box and found the knife half way out of the microfiber bag and the logo wasn't visible to give a good presentation. The knife had debris in the operating mechanism that I had to clean out. There was a screw on my knife that wasn't even fully installed. Whoever assembled it put the screw in sideways and it was sticking out from the side of the knife. I just want to say Thank You to Benchmade Knife Company, Holly Leis and the Warranty Department for fixing my Infidel in about 2 weeks turn around time. Best customer service in the business. That's why my collection is primarily Benchmade Knives.
Simply the best knives, I bought my first autolock blade and bought 2 more after that. They also have great services.
I'm a recent convert to Benchmade and have purchased several knives in the past few months. It's almost addicting. Their axis lock knives are perfect for left handed people like myself. From my experience, the knives are great quality but their customer service is why I like Benchmade so much. They really value their customers. It's also great being able to go to their store over in Oregon City.
Recently purchased a $400 full size infidel OTF knife, I didn't have it a year and it was completely corroded and locked up. I sent the knife in for warranty work beginning of February i called today and they say it's still going to be several weeks before I get my knife back. I'll never buy another benchmade knife. I bought the knife trusting the warranty work and they've let me down!
You need to fire or retrain everyone on your production line. How God damn hard is it to put an even grind on blades? I shouldn't have to send it in to have it fixed, along with burnt edge. Never buy a Benchmade, kershaw has better QC for knifes an 8th of the cost. Deplorable.
