Got my Griptilian back in March and have already put it through some paces. It works great, stays sharp, lightweight and sturdy.
I recd an automatic knife for Christmas. It was great for about 2 months until 2 of the bolts backed completely out. Action was always horrible. Finally got around to sending it back for work. They've had it for 10 weeks now. It must have needed a lot of attention.
Beautiful looking knife but don't drop it. The blades are made of glass.
My prized Benchmade knife was in dire need of some TLC & a replacement deep pocket clip as I had badly bent the one on it. I had some issues & concerns about this experience that I shared with your company when I attempted to arrange for my knife to be serviced. Picked up my 940 now, best choice i ever made! I don't think i ever owned a better EDC in my life
I got my old Benchmade AFO 9050 back from Benchmade today. It may not be the prettiest knife out there, but it's a beast! I've carried and used this knife hard for about 20 years. I have put it thru hell! I was hoping to get a new blade for it. Unfortunately, they are no longer available. But instead of just sending it back, the guys at Benchmade put in all new springs and screws! They also put one hell of a edge back on it... All at no charge! They even paid for the return shipping! Now that is customer service at its best!
My dad gave me his benchmark knife after he came back from his first deployment his is all got left of him since he died and it's still sharp as hell like it was still in Iraq. I love the quality and design.
