Amazing company, just got my 10 year old 942 back from sending it off to use the lifesharp guarantee. I couldn't be happier with it. They recleaned the whole knife, put on a new edge and all new screws and springs. I could never buy a different brand of knife knowing the quality and customer service you get with this company. Best tool I've ever carried! Bought my first benchmade griptillian 2 years ago and have abused it everyday, it only now is in need of sharpening and is still sharper than most everything else in my collection, a friend bought me a hunt class, and asked me why i don't carry it, so i said i could never put something that beautiful through the everyday abuse i do my griptillian.
Good quality knife would like to get a custom made knife as well I own three of them
