A Well Managed Auto Repair Facility – I took my older Jeep Cherokee in for an assessment of needed repairs and an estimate of the cost. With my vehicle on the lift, Mike pointed out to me what he thought should be done to keep the vehicle operating safely and to restore its handling capabilities. I opted to do what Mike advised and I had my Jeep back in a day. It now handles like it did when it was new. I like these guys - knew I was dealing with competent people from the start.
Great Place – I was really pleased with the quality of service I received at Ben White Automotive. I had my car in another shop that gave my a pretty hefty price quote. I called around to a few shops and Ben White Automotive was the best deal. Sometimes when you get a good price, well, you get what you pay for... that doesn't seem to be the case. My car is running great, and I can really feel a difference in handling. Thanks Ben White Auto!
Finally! I get to hand them money! – I've been to BWA 3 times, this is the first time I've ever paid them anything. All of the other times they've turned me away telling me to go to other locations because they could better serve me. I'm impressed because they AREN'T IN IT FOR THE MONEY. They truly want to help you. A little on the pricey side, but well worth the trust that they've earned.
