Trustworthy mechanics – I looked around at several places to fix a major break malfunction. Ben White Automotive had a very competitive price and the manager ( I think his name was Mike) was straight forward, honest, and quick to answer any questions I had. One thing that made me feel like these guys knew their stuff was that i mentioned that I had gone to the "Just Brakes" shop right next to theirs. Trustworthy Place – I was able to get a competitive quote on repairs needed, so far so good.
Thorough and Friendly Service – My A/C blower cut out (which is a bit of an issue living in Texas) and after they fixed it, it cut out again about a week later. I called them back about it and they fit me in right away to figure out what the problem was. They were extremely friendly and diligent in diagnosing what the underlying problem was and I haven't had a problem since. A/C is ice cold and blowing hard. I would definitely recommend them.
Friendly Detailed Service – I had a great overall experience. I'd recommend to someone else looking to do some extensive work on your car.
Honest Mechanics – These guys are very friendly and efficient. They explain car stuff to you in ways you can understand without ever making you feel as though they are trying to rip you off- which is usually my experience going to mechanics as a female. They are very straightforward, honest guys and I recommend them to everyone!
The only place I go – I found them because I had a car with a lot of problems. I visited a lot of mechanics and repair shops before this one. Now I only go to this one. They explain everything in ways that I can understand, they get everything done in a timely manner, and they helped me avoid unnecessary work on my car. They even gave me advice when I started looking for a new car.
Ben White Auto North Location – Ben White Automotive North is the only shop I entrust my cars to. Pricing is competitive, but more importantly, I know they will fix the problem and not string me along.
Honest mechanic shop – My car is a high-mileage one that I try to take care of. BWA does all my car's oil changes and checks wiper blades to see when new ones are needed. They recently replaced both the radiator & water pump, plus all the hoses. They are honest & don't charge you for things your car doesn' t need. I recommend them to everyone I know.
Friendly Service and Timely Repairs – As a woman it's nice to be able to find an auto repair service that you feel doesn't take advantage of your ignorance, if you don't know anything about cars! My car has hit the point where I need them often and they always get me in and out in a timely manner.
