Fast, reliable service – While any A/C repair is costly, they were able to replace it quickly and for a reasonable price, as compared to other repair shops. They even were able to show me what caused the A/C to go out, and gave me options for the type of repair.
Friendly, smart, and quick – I always feel welcome, there's never a wait. Why I went: Brake light went on; brakes were vibrating. We first took the car into Firestone who normally does a great job and we still use them. We told them the brake fluid was also a little low. They looked at the car and told us that the brakes were fine, fluid was fine, and the light could be a faulty sensor in the master cylinder but they didn't do that kind of work. Review for Ben White Automotive North and Gary – I took my car to another mechanic shop in town and my Saturn was kept in their garage all day only to be told at 4 PM, when I called them, to pick it up if I wanted because they were not able to get to it. Saves the day! – These guys saved the day on two occasions for me with my Honda Civic Hatchback. They were super helpful and informative which I really appreciated. I'm not a know-all about car mechanics by any means but really hate when you get talked to like a 'girl' so the fact that everything was explained to me so that I understood was a great help. Good service – First off, I am don't have a good working knowledge about car maintenance and stuff. But it was not a problem at all when I dropped by at Ben White as the staff are very helpful.They provide good input on what makes sense and how can save in the long run. Great service overall!!!

Ben White Automotive Great Service – I have been to the North location several times now for different car problems. The guys at the location have always been very nice and accomodating. During one of my visits, they even arranged for a car rental to pick me up. I was very thankful as I had to be at work asap. Great job!
Honest Service – My engine blew on my Nissan Maxima and a friend recommended Ben White Auto to me. They not only helped me find a reaonably priced engine but then gave me a very reasonable price to install the engine. Given the size and complexity of the job they did a great job getting the work done.
