Great Service, though not the cheapest – Been a couple times, they did a good job both times. It's not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. And I always think it's better to pay more for something done right than pay less and risk a crappy job or something else getting broken.
Great Customer Service – I was in and out in no time at all. The folks there were all friendly and curtious. I would go back for all my automotive needs.
Excellent Service! – They are very knowledgeable and very reliable. Their prices are reasonable and well explained in advance. Additionally they are very friendly and nice people. Now I have been there for years and I consider them as friends. Bravo Ben White North!
Great customer service – I was treated very courteous when I arrived.I was given an accurate quote, and explained very well what I needed. they gave me a very good warranty, and best of all the AC is working great.
professional and courteous – The management was courteous and professional. Gave me a reasonable estimate on a reasonable list of recommended repairs. No high pressure sales tactics. The repairs effectively corrected the problems.
Quality Mechanics – Did a very good job on the brakes of this van. Mechanics are very detail oriented and are concerned for customer safety. Will be going back to this shop.

Great help! – I called the south location and the guy that answered was horribly rude, he seemed like he was reluctant to hear me describe my problem. Didn't get his name or i would include for the owner, I called the north location and spoke the the mgr. (mike) and he was very polite and helpful. Did A Great Job, I Felt Like They Were Honest and A Good Value! – The people I worked with their were very easy to talk too. I did not feel pressured to have anything done I did not want to. Also, I felt like they were very knowledgeable and told me what truly needed to be done to keep my car running smoothly.
