They get it done! – This is my first time at Ben White Automotive and it was a very good one. I got into a little 'fender bender' and needed a headlight. No problem. I asked if they might be able to correct the bumper and that was no problem. They did a great job and for a good price too. I won't hesitate to go there in the future. Thanks.

Ben White Automotive - North – This is my first visit to Ben White Automotive. After looking online I feel I made a good choice. I appreciate their manner at the front desk. Reliable, honest mechanics. – Since Duke Automotive closed I have struggled to find a reliable auto mechanic that I felt I could trust. I have found Ben White Automotive! They replaced a shift cable and were exactly what I've been looking for. They provide easy going, courteous service that is quick and reasonably priced. I was very pleased with the work and will use them again in the future.

Finally! TRUST at an Auto Repair Shop! – I was taken care of! It is important to me that I leave a repair shop with a sense of completeness, with no questions. I left Ben White Automotive COMPLETE! The service was timely and the price was reasonable. And I was 'at home' with Mike's warm hospitality. I am making BenWhiteAuto MY Auto Repair shop!!

Great service – I went to 2 other shops, but they couldn't find what's wrong. But BenWhite found problems(turn on the check engin light, strange sound from break) and fix that very quickly. I really like them. Good job!!!

Ben White Automotive North – When arriving you are welcomed by nice and competent people. The service is excellent, the repairs are earnest and serious, the price perfectly reasonable. Overall I was totally satisfied and I appreciated the competence of the person I trusted my car to.

Great customer service - top notch – I was giving a used car to my niece and knew it had a few problems and wanted it in good order. I thought I had an idea of what the car needed but I was way off. Fortunately these guys found that my tire wear problem was due to worn out struts. The replaced the struts, inspected the car to insure it was in good working order and even installed new tires. It was so easy and with no headaches for me to deal with and that is what I call great customer service.

Great Work at a Fair Price – I have been bringing both my cars - an Olds Alero & a Nissan Altima - to Ben White Automotive North for the last several years. I use the key drop-off envelopes early in the morning as my wife and I drop off one of our cars and carpool in the other. They call with their recommendations and my options before any repairs are made. The repairs are made timely and at a fair price. I have been totally satisfied with all the repairs and maintenance they have provided to both cars.

Friendly, patient, and thorough customer service – When my air conditioner stopped working this summer, I took it to Ben White Automotive's north location and spoke to Mike. He was very straightforward and helpful in explaining what parts were malfunctioning, and why. He kept daily contact with me while the vehicle was being serviced, letting me know what was being worked on and what replacements needed to be made.
