Great customer service – I just went for my very first visit and found that Mike was very friendly and helpful. My car was repaired promptly. I will return.
Very Satisfied Customer – The guys at Ben White fixed a water pump on a Suburban that other shops said I needed to replace. I appreciate the honesty, and the great, friendly service. I'll be back!!
Uncommon Service – The level of honest, prompt, knowledgeable and complete service you would expect in the 50's as a given but rarely ever come across today. They remember what you say (not just pieces of it) and ask questions when they need to instead of just arrogantly assuming the customer does not know what they are talking about.
Honest Mechanics – Other than the dealership, Ben White Automotive has always taken care of my car. They have reasonable prices and they have a very friendly staff. Being a woman, you can't always trust the mechanic because some will take advantage of you, however I have never been or felt treated like this before. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.
Great Customer Service – I needed to find a place immediately because my transmission was not working properly and they evaluated the problem quickly. Even though it took much longer that I planned to fix my car, the personnel were honest and helpful.

Honest, excellent service, excellent repairs – It's been awhile since I've had an auto repair shop that I really felt comfortable with. I feel fortunate that I found Ben White Automotive. I was impressed with their service and could tell that they were being up front and honest with me regarding necessary work on my truck. I will be going back and passing on their name. Thanks, guys.
Auto servicing – Our Saturn had clutch problems so we took it in. They replaced the clutch a couple of thousand miles ago. Then we had another issue with clutch, turned out the hydraulic system, which they had checked the first time and was working fine, started leaking. Anyway, the car is running great, very please with its performance.
good service – Good service, treated well and friendly. They did the job properly and on time. I had my rotors and pads replaced on my nissan 350z here.
