Excellent service! – Billy has always been very helpful and patience in explaining the issue with my vechicle and going over everything that was fixed. The prices are very reasonable and I have not had an issue like have had with other service shop that I use to go to in the past. The service is above and beyond excellent and I would recommend them to anyone.

fair prices, good service – I have been taking my cars to Billy for a while. He is always fair and will take you out in their shop and show you the problem or potential problems. I like this. Most places don't do this. He also tells you of upcoming services needed and when. I highly recommend this shop. Friendly people, good service.
Professional timely service on multiple vehicle models – I have a Ford Ranger truck, a Cadillac, and a Chrysler. These vehicles range in age from 14 to 7 years old and "Billy" at Ben White keeps them running fine. Their service is professional and fast. I highly recommend them.
Trust factor doesn't come easy – I first used Ben White automotive after a recommendation from a friend. I am always leary of auto repair facilities because of some bad experiences in the past. I found Oscar (sevice manager) to be upfront and straight forward in his explainations about needed repairs and their cost. I know mechanics aren't cheap and I don't mind paying a fair price for a needed repair. Great service and prices! – I took my '97 Civic EX to Ben White Automotive on Jollyville (the original location is on Ben White Blvd/US 290/TX 71) when I live at Riata Apartments across US 183 from Ben White Automotive on Jollyville only because it was the closest place to where I lived and I need the car repaired so I could get it inspected.
