Went the extra mile – We worked with Mike who was always friendly and professional. I live in Cedar Park and have had all my maintenance and repairs on our cars done at other shops but was told by friends to check them out. We receiently needed a tune-up on a car with 90K miles with nothing but brake jobs done on it and took it to them. Great customer service, the manager, Mike gave me a ride when my car needed a fix. Unfortunately, maybe because they were busy, i had to wait until the next day to get my car back. But I recommend them to have your cars get fixed.

Geat Customer Service – Fast, Friendly, Effiecient, and Honest. I have enojoyed all of my regular matience with Ben White Auto North! They never try to upsell me and unlike alot of other shops something else isn't always wrong with my car. Great savings!

Honest, fast, inexpensive – The guys at ben white automotive north were friendly and honest. The work done was excellent and the price was very low. Very positive experience overall, and I usually dislike auto repair shops.

Quality automotive work. – All repairs on vehicle were completed sooner than I expected. They were not only able to start work on my vehicle on the same day that I called but actually finished the same day. The staff seem to be very knowledgable and professional at Ben White Automotive (North). The repairs were a little higher than I expected but they were very honest and upfront about the cost. I recommend them.

Best service in town! – The guys at Ben White are always friendly and professional. I have lived in the Austin area for 3 years and have had all my maintenance and repairs performed by Ben White. I am 100% satisfied!! They are honest and trustworthy and with the 12 month guarantee, how can you lose? I highly recommend them.

The best customer service of any automobile shop in Town! – As a woman, it is very hard to bring your car anywhere and feel like you really are getting honest help and not being taken advantage of. Well, Ben White Automotive never makes you feel that way. You feel like you are getting the best help for the best price. Mike and Thomas are great!!!! I will never take my car anywhere else.

There is honesty in the Auto industry......check it out – I had the check engine light go on the other day, in the middle of the morning and got into Ben White North right away and by that afternoon they had it on the computer and diagnosed as a clogged catalitic converter. They told me it was under warranty and to take it to an aurthorized dealer and have them take care of it so it wouldn't cost me a cent. When I asked how much I owed them, they totally caught me off guardby saying, "nothing". I am very sceptical of car rep... read more
