Outstanding Business – I have over 7 cars and have used numerous shops all over town and I have been coming to Ben White North for 2 years now and can tell you with total certainty that this is a FIRST class shop. The managers are honest and if something is in question, will side with the customer's best interest to gain a repeat customer over a quick buck. Great price, great work – Amazing how different an experience can be for some. I found that the repair work on my 2003 Honda Accord was done properly (been 2 months with not a single problem) for a lot less than the dealer wanted ($1795 vs $2300). The staff was friendly and my car was delivered back clean and on time. I would definitely recommend this shop and I would use them again.
What a ripoff!!!!! STAY AWAY – My wife brought our Dodge pickup and Honda CRV in to get worked on. They charged us over $3000 and kept the vehicles for weeks. Other mechanics later informed us that a part we were charged for was never installed, screws were left loose causing more damage to the vehicle, several examples of substandard workmanship, and substantially over charged. Basically, we were royally screwed. We learned an expensive lesson and will never go back. I recommend you look elsewhere.

Both cars were worked on in 2010 this review was written 16 months later. If there was a problem, what took so long? Why was the BBB or Attorney General not notified (charging for parts or service that was not done is a crime). Yes lots of money was spent on 2 vehicles, 3 separate visits. Lots of work was done to both vehicles. Reviewing the sign in sheet date against the credit card payment date indicates no car was in the shop for more than 2 business days, saying that we kept the cars for weeks is just not true. Treated me right – The service is performed by professionals who want to make sure you are happy. You can rely on them to do a job well done.
Always Great Service using Quality Parts – I've been using them for years. They employ competent technicians and have been very honest with their assessments. Also there have been times when fixing one part (disassembly) cuts down the time to fix a second issue; they have reduced the repair time which is a very nice gesture. Thx!
