Ben is a great massage therapist and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is a genuinely lovely guy and takes a true interest in helping you where he can.
Ben was recommended to me by a friend for treatment of a long standing knee injury and a fairly recent back injury. I had an initial assessment with Ben which was very thorough and he gave me some exercises to get started with. I have an ongoing shoulder injury and have been getting treated by Ben wth sports massage and acupuncture. He has been absolutely brilliant, the pain is much improved each time I see him, he gives me exercises to do at home which have been great. Ben is very easy to talk to and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
