I ve been seeing Ben after tearing my Achilles tendon. I was in regular pain and had lost all confident in putting full weight on the injured achilles. On the first appointment Ben gave me a thorough check over and devised a programme to help build my confidence with the injury and rebuild the strength. Each session involved checks on the achilles and then gym work which enabled me to watch and learn the exercises needed to rebuild the strength not only in my Achilles but my calf muscle also. Ben was an incredible help with my injury. I went in with a sports injury and after lots of thorough assessment Ben identified it as medial tibial stress syndrome. We went to the gym so that Ben could guide me through various strengthening exercises, which have worked a treat. Ben has even got in touch since the appointment to check up on my progress and provide further advice - I can’t recommend Ben enough!
