I think, this francise, is having some communications problems. I had to call them three times to get someone out to do a flush to my water heater(short easy task). Each time they appologized but confusion reined more than communications. Other than that their work is great; people are friendly and they have a good warrenty program.
The customer service was great. My daughter had moved into our beach cottage to start a new job. tghe water amin broke and left her with no water. My contact Debbie worked around my daughters schedule to get a Repair tech on site. The tech was professional and timely. from past experiences i thought the charge was slightly high. Dependable Company.

The technician came within the hour after being dispatched. He also called that he was on his way. He had 30 years experience, and after seeing how the system worked recommended the best repair for a pipe leak in the purification system. I needed for the time the "firstest with the mostest". I feel like I got it.
