They contacted us immediately and offered to send a guy same-day to fix our water heater. We had called 2 other companies earlier, and they took 2 days to get back to us. The guy from Benjamin Franklin had to contact several companies regarding the warranty, but he managed to get it all done in one day. Very pleased with the results!
I should have got estimates. It's Ben Franklin because you'll need many of them. I was mislead by the cost of repairing two toilets, they gave me the price for one which I understood to be both.

Did an excellent job initially, but had a hard time getting the plumber to come back and finish his work, i.e. hook up the dishwasher and caulk in the sink. Did get the dishwasher hooked up, but had to caulk the sink myself.
The technician arrived in a timely manner, was very professional and courteous, and seemed extremely knowledgeable. However, I felt that the cost of the work done was entirely too much. I appreciated the work being done, because it was one of my only days off from work, and I severely needed the work done. However, I feel if I would have taken more time to research, I would have found a place that would not have charged so much. The price disappointed me tremendously. I do not plan on requesting their services again.
They arrived soon after my call and completed the work (clearing a sewer line and installing a clean-out) before leaving.
