Very professional; did an excellent job; they explained everything to me step by step.
I was satisfied with the quality of work.
We had a horrible, but intermittent, smell throughout the house and we feared a cracked sewer pipe. I hesitated to call Benjamin Franklin because several of the reviewers here said they were rather expensive. However, did the camera scan for half of what another company had quoted. When the cameras found nothing Louis then did a thorough review of all the other possibilities for the smell. App made and no service rep showed. When I called office denied making an app but sent the On Call plumber. He did a good job unplugging drain but wanted to return to do other follow up work with no esti8given to me. The on call plumber did verify the incoming call was from his office.
Responded quickly. Took care of the problem immediately. Very professional and curtious
Louis Stevens was our plumber and he provided excellent service.
This company was the cheapest company @ $135.00 per Hour. the company does good work! I would hire them again if I have a plumbing project.
