I felt the price was too high. The workers were good and pleasant, but I was very surprised at how high the price was at the end.
Prompt, courteous, and competent. There were a couple of little glitches, but fixed ASAP at my convenience. I could not be more pleased.

I was pleased by the promptness of the service, and the explanation of what needed to be done. The technician gave me the options and prices from repairing to replacement of the whole toilet. Happy to have a choice.
We found water in the bathroom. I could not find the source, we expected the worst and it turned out to be the toilet, simple fix. They came out while there while other companies had no one willing to come as Hurricane Mathew was tracking towards to coast. Days away mind you.

Overcharged, unfortunately I was stuck as I already had them here and had company coming so I agreed to service. Afterward I checked with other companies and found out I paid about 75% more than they would have charged. I would not recommend this company.

On August 24, 2016 (consumer name withheld per their request) called Ben Branklin Plumbing for service call. The technician arrived at 9:45 am; found kitchen sink clogged. The tech snaked kitchen sink, replaced customers faucet, fixed master bath toilet, then had to replace 25 to 30 feet of 2" PVC piping under house, and while under house reconnected her dryer vent. Somehow, there was a mix up with the appointment. Even though I was assured someone would still be there during the appointed window of time, no one was able to make it. I got an appointment for the next day. Thankfully, it was not an emergency. Technician did take off more than 10% for the mix-up. A little expensive but only got one response from Home Advisors. Live by Home Advisors, die by Home Advisors.
