Repaired 2 toilets in 30 minutes and charged $480. Absolutely ridiculous pricing. They initially quoted $550 but came down in price when I told them it was a ridiculous price. This is handy-man work, not brain surgery. Don't use this plumber unless you enjoy being totally ripped off.

There was a problem with scheduling but this was ultimately resolved. The plumber was very courteous and professional, but was unable to fix the gas logs nor could he tell me where to find the necessary replacement parts. I had to go elsewhere for help. Consequently, I spent $89 service charge for essentially nothing. I don't think it was the plumber's fault, by any means, but still very frustrating and expensive.
They give a 2 yr warrenty which is a plus.
Absolutely over priced, they came fast (same day) but asked 450 dollars to install a faucet and a garbage disposal (everything was already hooked), less that one hour of work! Then they put the faucet wrong so they had to come back twice.

The gentlemen repaired or replaced several items needing attention including a new shower head, leak in a pipe, and drained our hot water heaters.
Nicely explain what we need and even work on Sat.
They were on time and completed work in a timely manner.
Fast followup to online appointment. I advised if they can come earlier to call. They did, about 1.5 hours earlier than appointment so worked good for me. They came, found the blockage, cleared it and works fine. Bob had excellent customer skills. Friendly but professional as was his assistant.
