I think they might be a good company but I had a bad experience. When they came out, the plumber snapped the drain plug in half, preventing him from doing the flushing of the water tank. Then they wanted another $245 to fix what he broke plus a $50 trip charge. I called the company and they agreed to drop the trip charge but I still feel they needed to fix the drain plug.

When our technician went to turn shutoff valve off to tankless, the valve was old and crumpled in his hand. Therefore the customer would be responsible to replace the valve.

Had another company give me a price and it was double . Feel Benjamin Franklin was priced fair. Young man was a real gentleman. He showed respect to my home and took off his boots at the door each time he went in and out of my home. Very nice young man.
