I think I was over charged for installing a faucet that I had on sight and one control valve that the repair man said needed to be replaced . I think the valve was grossly over inflated. The company would not state the hourly rate or estimate the cost of repair over the phone.

The tech did an excellent job however the prices are high.
BF plumbing was very helpful in clearing my drainage issue. Technician was very knowledgeable and professional.
My washing machine drain overflowed and so we had them come out to Snake the drain. When they snaked the drain, they ended up pushing the clog to another drain that clogged the toilets on one side of my house. Then they wanted to install a clean out near the sewer line. They had to come out 3 times and it ended up being the city sewer system. I spent about $1500 for them to come out, install a clean out, flush every drain (which i'm still questioning), and snake my lines and I'm pretty sure the city's backup was the main rea... read more
