Very efficient and a very kind person
The service person was very polite and courteous. He completed the job quickly.
These people are insanely expensive. It's skilled labor, I get that part, but there comes a point to where it just becomes absurd. They certainly well exceeded that point!!
The service was quick but pricey for the time the work actually took.
Louis was amazing. He worked hard to install a new tankless water heater and remove the old broken tank and from when he came to check things out and give quote to when he finished installing was less than 24 hours. He went above an beyond our expectations and was courteous, professional and efficient. He cleaned up after himself and explained how everything works once he completed the job. We will definitely be using Ben Franklin Plumbing with future projects and plan on telling our friends. Thanks Louis!
Very impressive technician. Will definitely call them again if a need arises. Were prompt to their time estimate. Felt very comfortable using them.
